Family run business
Three Arches Services Ltd is a family run, independent garage based in Cardiff, South Wales. Originally established in 1936, in Lanishen, the business was taken over in the year 2000 by Peter Dutton. As a family oriented company we are friendly, helpful, and offer a pressure-free environment for our customers. We want to make getting your vehicle serviced or repaired as stress-free as possible.
Reliable, affordable car repairs and servicing in Cardiff
As well as carrying out MOT testing on diesel and Petrol Class 4 vehicles, we also carry out a wide range of repairs on-site. These include diagnostics, replacing clutches, exhaust systems, timing belt replacements, and general maintenance. Our expert team of trained technicians are also available to carry out routine servicing for nearly-new cars that are still under a manufacturer’s warranty, whilst remaining in-keeping with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
12 month guarantee
All of the work we carry out, and all of the spare parts that we supply, come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile (whichever comes sooner) guarantee. Furthermore our team will never carry out any work on your vehicle without your prior consent.
Collection and delivery available
Our team is also happy to offer a collection and delivery service to any customers within a 10 mile radius of our workshop. This means we can pick your car up and drop it off at your door when we’re done. We can also arrange while-you-wait appointments, meaning you can sit back and relax with a complimentary coffee whilst we carry out work on your car. We can also arrange out-of-hours pick ups, meaning you can collect your vehicle from our shop at a time that is convenient to your needs. For prolonged repairs, or for your convenience, we have a fleet of courtesy cars for which there is no charge.

We also sell quality used cars, which you can view by visiting our Stocklist page. Our sales department source and stock low mileage cars and have a wide selection of cars at different budgets. We also offer competitive finance options and are part of the AA Dealer Promise providing you with peace of mind during your purchase. All of our sales are HPI checked and we also offer a part-exchange service. All of the vehicles we stock are serviced by our team here at Three Arch Services, and come with a new MOT and six month’s warranty (if outside the manufacturer’s warranty).

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
